Second Spire to the Right

Postcards from Travels Past and Present

Walking London

A short stay in London can be overwhelming, due to the sheer volume of sites to see. In our short time, we opted to take optimize the time through taking a series of walks. We didn’t set out with a checklist of sites, but through happy accidents we ended up hitting number of big ticket landmarks.

Walk One: Beginning From Tottenham Court Road Station (Central, Northern, and Elizabeth Line)

Neal’s Yard

Cecil Court

St. Martin-in-the-Fields

Trafalgar Square

Big Ben

Westminster Abbey

Buckingham Palace

Walk Two: From Tower Hill (Northern and Jubilee Lines)

Tower of London

Tower Bridge

Globe Theatre

Millennium Bridge

St. Paul’s Cathedral

We logged a high step-count each day in London, but they were steps well spent.
